No need to carry your laptops for those presentations at client meetings, or CD ROMs; USB Flash Drives are there for your help.
Many users feel a requirement of a convenient tool to automatically backup the files and folders on their USB Flash Drives to their computers. Here is a freeware tool, which does the job automatically.
USBFlashCopy – Freeware USB Drive Backup Tool
USBFlashCopy is a small Windows utility to back up your flash drives and storage cards on the fly. It runs in the background and copies files from inserted media to a safe location on your hard drive. It automizes the manual and time-consuming process of backup, thus letting you peace of mind and saving you lots of time.
After installing USBFlashCopy in your disk, as soon as you plug in a new USB Disk in your computer, you will be required to create a profile for it. After that everything is automated.
One more thing. By default USBFlashCopy doesn’t get automatically started on Windows bootup. You have to select this option in the Software’s settings.
The freware version of this USB Backup tool pops-up a small window on the bottom-right corner of your screen during the period when backing up process is going on. Look at the arrow in the screenshot given below. If it looks annoying to you, then you need to buy a commercial version of this tool after paying $39.95.
