10.0.0.2 is the private IP Address, which is used by many of the broadband router manufacturers as the default IP Address for their devices. The end used have to just enter 10.0.0.2 in the address bar of the browser in the computer connected with their routers, and this allows them to access the configuration and setting page of their router.

10.0.0.2 Admin – Default Password List

Their is a default username and password set in the router. In case you have changed the password and forget it, then you can restre it to the default setting by pressing the hardware reset button, usually provide on the back side of the router. After it you can use the default password to access the router settings.
